Shadowfax and Clear IT have merged to create TechWyse

Local IT managed service providers Shadowfax and Clear IT are pleased to announce their merger. They now both trade as TechWyse. The merger strengthens their breadth of knowledge and experience. The merger will have a direct impact on capacity and products. It will mean that TechWyse is able to offer a wider range of services to customers. This will include a highly sophisticated package of cyber security services to combat the ever-growing threats of cybercrime.

TechWyse will retain all existing staff from both companies and will offer the same high level of customer service and IT support. In addition, TechWyse is proud to announce the upcoming creation of the TechWyse Academy. The role of the academy will be to ensure that both companies can continue their longstanding practice of training apprentices. TechWyse currently employs 2 apprentices and are looking to a third.

The Shadowfax MD Adam Pedder will become the TechWyse Managing Director. Joining Adam on the TechWyse Board of Directors will be David Read - Technical Director, Vanessa Pedder – Operations Manager and Nuno Soares – Sales & Marketing Manager.
