Crossways, It Takes A City's winter emergency accommodation project continues to operate at near capacity, ensuring that people who would otherwise be on the streets can find warmth, comfort and dignity. The project will remain open until the end of March.

They are starting to plan for the future and so, It Takes a City are seeking permanent winter access to a 15-20 en-suite bedroom property with shared kitchen/living areas and office space, as accommodation for rough sleepers from late October to early April. They are looking for the following:

  • Available for alternative uses at other times
  • Seasonal rent, leasehold or freehold considered
  • Partnership proposals welcomed
  • Will consider properties capable of being enhanced and extended to meet the requirement
  • Within 2 miles of the City Centre
  •  Target occupation 1st November 2023
