Esdégé-Reigersdaal, based in northern Holland, provides services to people with disabilities and offers support to children, youths and adults with both physical and mental disabilities.
Tier 2 Consulting , which is celebrating it’s tenth anniversary in 2012, was engaged by Exari specifically to build the user interface and orchestrate the sophisticated security permissioning needed to handle personal patient data. The web application created by Tier2’s team automates the creation and management of a patient’s records and includes a number of useful features such as the intake interview, care plans, activity reports, progress reports, test results, videos and other information that is critical for effective patient care.
The new tool has been created using Exari’s document assembly and control software. It’s robust rules driven document assembly, collaborative features and ability to manage records for each patient individually made it the perfect solution for this project. The Tier2 team were also able to help integrate the the new application with Esdege’s existing data warehouse system.
