Riverbed awarded 5-Star rating in CRN’s 2014 Partner Program Guide for sixth consecutive year

Annual guide recognises the very best channel partner programs in the market.

The annual directory is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or deliver products through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.

The Riverbed Performance Partner Program is a diverse ecosystem of more than 2,200 partners worldwide including technology resellers, distributors, service providers and integrators. Riverbed works closely with partners to deliver effective solutions that solve complex business problems for customers, open new markets and create new revenue opportunities. Riverbed launched its restructured Performance Partner Program in January 2014 to simplify processes for partners and link training and competency certification more directly to partner benefits. To date, over 900 partners worldwide have achieved Premier or higher status in the new program, reflecting their commitment to the Riverbed portfolio of solutions. The vast majority of these partners have competency in two or more product solutions, showing a migration to platform selling.

To determine the 2014 5-Star recipients, The Channel Company’s Research team assessed each vendor’s application based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
