Video: launch event of The Case for Cambridge

A compelling video of key messages about vital investment requirements for the city, from the launch event of The Case for Cambridge - which took place at the Cambridge Union Society last month - is now available.

 

Cambridge is a city is at a crossroads − poised for the next wave of growth but held back a number of factors including transport congestion, a lack of affordable housing and a shortage of skills in key areas. The Case for Cambridge is an ambitious initiative designed to convince central Government of the urgent need for investment in infrastructure, housing and skills to ensure the city’s continued growth.

This video gives a brief summary of the successful launch and includes crucial messages from key people via the presentations and panel discussion at this pivotal event concerning the future of Cambridge.
