High purity inorganic chemicals available in the UK and Ireland

High purity inorganics have been a part of Strem Chemicals' product line for many years.

Strem Chemicals writes

In 1988 Strem Chemicals officially launched the “PURATREM - High Purity Inorganics” line. Each of the products presented in our new booklet has a minimum purity of 99.99% (metals basis). Many of their compounds are also available in electronic grade suitable for semiconductor applications. Many of these items can be used as CVD/ALD precursors, where the product purity can play an integral part in the production results.

To show part of our range of high purity materials, we have included a selection from our range of bubblers used in MOCVD/ALD equipment featuring Swagelok and additional cylinders featuring various types of fill-ports

In an effort to expand our product line, we continually seek to provide new technologies from around the globe. We have licensing agreements with industry and academia, which allow easier access to these patent-protected products for our customers.

As part of our range of high purity materials we have included a selection from our range of bubblers used in MOCVD/ALD equipment featuring Swagelok and additional cylinders featuring various types of fill-ports here are several bubbler options to choose from with volumes ranging from 150ml to 3,000ml.

We offer a variety of configurations including vertical lines, horizontal lines and valves differing in both position and type customized to meet your needs. Valve type differences include diaphragm valves rated up to 200°F or bellows valves rated up to 600°F. We have recently introduced a new line of bubblers which are both DOT 4B rated and UN stamped, which will provide more shipping options to our customers who wish to reship bubblers.

We also have a variety of cylinders and adapters are available for use in atomic layer deposition systems

Strem Chemicals continues to expand their selection of electropolished stainless steel cylinder options to choose from with volumes ranging from 50ml to 200ml.  We offer a variety of configurations to meet your ALD equipment needs.  Valve type options include ball valves rated up to 300°F or bellows valves rated up to 600°F. We also offer high purity and ultra-high purity diaphragm valves rated up to 302°F.
