To support this growing need UNEP-WCMC, in collaboration with the Natural Capital Finance Alliance, have developed a new tool, ENCORE, allowing businesses to visualise how they depend on the environment and how environmental change creates risks for businesses.
Katie Leach, Senior Programme Officer in the Business Programme at UNEP-WCMC, will provide an overview of the recently launched tool with case studies from particular business sectors, such as pharmaceuticals and technology. You will also learn how consideration of the environment can create long-term value for your business more broadly, and why it is important to understand how your business impacts and depends on nature.
