Calling all design innovators!

The Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority is launching a Conceptual Design procurement to find creative and feasible Conceptual Designs for the groundbreaking Cambridgeshire Autonomous Metro (CAM). The Mayoral Combined Authority is looking to award contracts to multiple suppliers based on their potential to produce conceptual designs.

Prior experience in the design of mass transit systems is not essential. There will be up to £200,000 available for each supplier who has been successfully awarded a contract to develop a Conceptual Design. Through obtaining Conceptual Designs from suppliers, the Mayoral Combined Authority will gain insight into potential solutions for the CAM and its components.

There’s still time to register to attend the Conceptual Design procurement webinar on Friday 18 September.

To register, email Chantel Allott chantel.allott@cambridgeshirepeterborough-ca.gov.uk by 14:00 on Thursday 17 September, including the supplier’s registered business name, address, name of attendees, and the contact details for a nominated point of contact for communication.
