GetMeFit Wellbeing Webinar: Sleep

Come and meet our newest member of the GetMeFit team, Tracy Hannigan, a sleep expert who helps people with insomnia using CBTi techniques. 

She'll be talking about why sleep is important and the basics we should all know about how to get a better night's sleep. She’ll give you some tips on how to prevent insomnia from occurring as a result of a temporary sleep issue or improve it, if you’re already suffering. And they’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask her questions in the Q&A.
