She'll be talking about why sleep is important and the basics we should all know about how to get a better night's sleep. She’ll give you some tips on how to prevent insomnia from occurring as a result of a temporary sleep issue or improve it, if you’re already suffering. And they’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask her questions in the Q&A.

The GetMeFit fitness and wellbeing platform launched in 2020.
Our mission is to help people enjoy getting (and therefore staying) fit with independent instructors who earn fairly for their talents.
There are 50+ classes per week on the schedule (on Zoom and in person) with everything from meditation to HIIT workouts, and we have a resident nutritionist and physiotherapist.
We also have GMF Wellbeing for companies to offer fitness and wellbeing solutions to their employees.
