How to cope with Stress

With lockdown 3.0 in full swing it can be really challenging setting positive intentions and dealing with stress. Tackling day to day life events and thinking of the future has become much more challenging then we ever could have imagined not so long ago.

Building mental fitness resilience, learning new coping skills to tackle stress and the negative impact it has on our lives has never been more relevant. Taking care for our mental well-being should be a top priority for all of us.

With the above in mind, join one of our top wellbeing practitioners, life coach Carole Douillot, for a session on dealing with stress. Carole will highlight how best to cope when things get a bit too much and give you ideas and tips to strive in challenging times. There will be a Q&A at the end where you can chat with Carole directly and ask her what would be most helpful for you.
