ONLINE EVENT: Project Management For Non-Project Managers

Many people are now working from home. This is causing a lot of issues for small companies as it is harder to find out what people are working on. You don’t need to be a project manager, have a PMP or PRINCE2 to run projects better. This workshop will help your team improve how they put together a project plan, monitor and run projects. In turn, this will allow you to have more clarity on the progress of your projects and make changes where you think is necessary.

What you will learn: Even when working in “Business as Usual” situations, many people are not sure how to put a bit more structure in their work.

-Creating an outline of a plan using fun, collaborative and simple methods

-How to find out what could go wrong?

-How do I know that my project is progressing well?

-How do I inform others of my progress?

How you will benefit:

-Learn how to put together a high-level plan before you start a project

-Learn how to identify risks

-Learn how to review and track the progress of your projects
