Join us as a Patient IT Business Analyst and be empowered to lead and take on more ownership. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the domain and its associated platforms and systems, with a main focus being on the Global PSP platform and products. You will be become a domain SME, develop strong working relationships with business teams, their partners, and key points of contact for technical integrations.

Accountabilities:

As a Patient IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, planning business analysis, partner analysis & change, requirements analysis and design definition, business case definition, and solution evaluation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, business relationship managers, process owners, IT Architecture, Delivery and Support teams. You will also take ownership for Release Train Engineers or Scrum Master to plan work, align story points, evaluate capacity and verify complexity of user stories.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
  • Proven experience of working with complex coordinated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver outstanding results
  • Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder leadership skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • Expertise in reporting through JIRA
  • Experience of virtual teamwork to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience of working with and handling third party suppliers/vendors

  • Degree in relevant subject area or formal certification in business analysis practice

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in Patient Support Programs within the Pharma domain
  • 2+ years’ experience of working with CRM platforms (preferably SalesForce)
  • Practical usage of Agile Methodology
  • Experience of working in a global organization with sophisticated/geographical context
  • Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge
  • Cross industry business awareness/business domain knowledge
  • User-Centred Design (User Experience, User Interface Design and Business Process Design)
