Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead, located in Cambridge, to join our Mali™ GPU compiler group. Our multinational and dynamic group is located across the UK, Sweden, and Norway. We support Graphics (OpenGL/ES, Vulkan) and Compute (OpenCL) APIs and work on improving the GPU technologies that the mobile market will see in years to come.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Team technical development, helping shape feature requirements and internal Team improvements.
- Oversee Team tests strategy and Team Efficiency
- Line management, coaching, and mentoring a team of highly skilled SW engineers.
- Responsibilities related to our Agile development processes: you will be acting as Agile Team Lead and Product Owner. As Product Owner and Team Lead, you do not require in-depth details on technical aspects, but you are quick to grasp the technology on a high level and can guide the team to focus on the right things at the right time.
- As primary contact point of the team, you will drive the resolution of customer support cases and coordinate collaboration with other Hardware and Software teams.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong knowledge about SW development in a big organization
- Ability to understand technology and development methodology
- Experience as an Agile Team Lead
- Strong people leadership skills

- Experience in leading cross-site teams
