Join our dynamic in-house Global Tax Operations team as a Tax Manager. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a qualified tax professional with UK direct tax and tax reporting experience to delve into intellectually stimulating work. Reporting to Tax Associate Directors and supported by our Tax Delivery Team, you will help us own the delivery of our UK direct tax compliance and support with group tax reporting processes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support with preparation and review of UK corporation tax computations and other UK obligations, including considerable claims e.g. RDEC, patent box and capital allowances claims. You will also review UK tax issues including corporate interest restrictions and Controlled Foreign Companies risk assessments. Additionally, you will provide day-to-day tax advice to the UK business and assess implications of projects on UK compliance and tax accounting as well as preparing quarterly provisions for our UK group.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Qualified tax professional with good accounting skills

  • Strong analytical and research skills, and ability to utilise technology effectively to operate tax processes

  • Knowledge of UK corporation tax

  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and progress numerous actions in a coordinated and organised manner

  • Efficient process management and delegation skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
