Introduction to Role:
Do you have the skills to support the design and delivery of all AstraZeneca’s Rewards and Recognition programs, and lead the transformation & excellence of HR Programs (fleet, employee benefits, …etc.)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at AstraZeneca. As a Total Rewards & Benefits Manager, you will work closely with HR staff, executives, and department managers to ensure a fair and competitive rewards system. Also plan, develop and implement new policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and values.
Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
Build, sustain and develop a strong Total Rewards and Benefits system while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
Conduct on spot and scheduled total rewards reviews according to market needs
Lead transformation strategy for AZ Egypt fleet; building a digitalized fleet system setting the strategy to manage our fleet inventory and working on innovative projects to ensure sustainability and reliability of AstraZeneca’s fleet
Support to position AZ as a Great Place To Work through Total Rewards and Benefits management and drive continuous improvement
Lead and develop Rewards and Benefits Team
Lead and ensure Total Rewards and Benefits data retention system
Essential Skills/Experience:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Min. 5 years of experience in Total Rewards & Benefits area
Analytical attitude and strong problem-solving skills
People Leadership Skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with various departments
