Last week one of our UC Engineers, Paul Coles, completed a training course for Anywhere365 Universal Contact Centre, making 1plex the first UK company to complete the Certified Partner Programme.
Anywhere365 by WorkStreamPeople is a feature rich, cost effective, enterprise grade Unified Contact Centre solution for Microsoft Skype-for-Business and Lync.

The training with WorkStreamPeople was held at their office, in a beautiful building called Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, Holland.
Paul and the other attendees learnt how to install and configure the main software and the additional components of it. They had the opportunity to get to grips with the huge variety of features by installing their own UCC in a prepared lab environment. This allowed them to set up the software and play about with the settings, configuring each additional component to their own unique UCC.
When discussing the course, Paul said: “The course itself was very interesting and I learnt a lot about how it works and what it can do. They are developing new features all the time. I was very impressed with it and the additional possibilities of the web chat and integration with CRM systems.”
When discussing it’s potential in the UK, PauI added: “It really does have huge potential for clients.
