3di Customer Satisfaction Survey 2015 - the results!

Thank you to all 3di clients who participated in its recent 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey, the results of which have now been published.

The highlights:

  • 94.5% of respondents rated the level of service from their account manager as excellent or good
  • 100% of respondents rated the level of service from their specialist (author, translator, engineer) as excellent or good
  • 94.6% of respondents rated the level of service from their project manager as excellent or good
  • 100% of respondents are very likely or likely to recommend our services to others

What did we do well?  

We were flexible, efficient, professional and able to deliver projects on time, on cost and to plan.  We provided sound advice that encouraged our client to approach a project in a different way, we made another client 'look good', we provided clear guidance and were able to quickly understand another client's business environment.

What could we improve?

The quote turnaround time, if possible, reducing lead times and costs, a closer location i.e. London base and both parties working closer on project milestones.

Based on this feedback, we will be doing more of the good stuff and will be working hard to address the areas for improvement so that we can continue to deliver a fantastic service to all of our clients.
