The impulse 2024 programme is open for applications! The 12-week hybrid programme – which runs from 23 April to 12 July 2024 – is offered online and in-person via the Maxwell Centre, the University of Cambridge’s hub for industry and research. impulse is unique in serving as a catalyst for both entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, prioritising the development of high-potential technology innovation into a commercial proposition.

impulse welcomes applicants from a range of disciplines, industries, universities and organisations – including PhDs, postdocs and researchers across physical sciences, technology and life sciences, as well as early-stage entrepreneurs and researchers/engineers/managers from existing organisations. We simply ask that you bring an innovation that you would like to develop through the programme.

Recent impulse alumni include the founders of RiverlaneAbselion (formerly HexagonFab), NuQuantumXampla and Echion Technologies (to name a few).
