Coaching: an introductory workshop on Tuesday 3rd October 2017, kindly hosted by Barclays Eagle Labs (7-8 Clifton Court, Cherry Hinton Road, CB1 7BN) will show you how to coach your team with confidence.

Coaching takes an individual and personal approach to learning and development. Well done, it is wonderfully effective in liberating performance. However, it isn't always well done.

This practical one-day programme will be ideal for you if you prefer to begin with clear guidelines and a proven framework. Importantly, it will give you the opportunity to practise your skills in a safe and supportive space while earning valuable Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.

You can expect to benefit by gaining:

  •     Confidence that you know what coaching is
  •     A clear understanding of the benefits it can bring to you and your organisation
  •     A thorough grounding in at least one classic model
  •     Supportive and constructive feedback on your coaching practice.

CPD Points: 6.5
