Neurodiversity Celebration Week

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences. Its main aim is to help people increase their understanding of various conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia or dyspraxia and recognise the talents of neurodiverse individuals.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week

This year’s campaign will see 24 free virtual events across 7 days with over 70 speakers aiming to inspire conversations about neurodiversity through sharing their lived experience and professional expertise. All introductory webinars and panel discussions are free of charge and open to all.  Sign up to as many events as you like and share them with your colleagues, so we can all join together in changing the narrative to understand, accept, and celebrate neurodiversity!

You can also learn more about neurodiversity, the benefits for organisations, and how to support neurodivergent people to be comfortable and successful at work in CIPD's Neurodiversity at Work Guide.

NEURODIVERSITY ASSESSMENTS AND COACHING

Through our partner services, we can help you to create more inclusive workplace where neurodivergent individuals can thrive and fulfil their potential. We can arrange Diagnostic Assessments to identify if an employee has a specific neurodiverse condition such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or autism spectrum conditions (ASC). Following an initial Diagnostic Assessment, we can organise a Workplace Needs Assessment, which provides a detailed overview of employee's strengths and challenges, along with recommendations and advice for reasonable adjustments. This can be followed up with one-to-one coaching which is aimed at developing strategies and solutions to overcome any workplace challenges the employee may have.
