An organization will face challenges if employees cannot adapt quickly when faced with change. Their first reaction may be to roll up like a hedgehog, denying the organisation access to all their key skills and experience just at the very moment they’re needed most.
The good news is that adaptability can be learned and applied - and that makes it a form of intelligence. Today’s speaker is Rich Alderton, who has been leading change for over 25 years, in some of the world’s most innovative and dynamic organisations. He’s also put himself through a fair bit of change in that time too, having worked in most corporate functions – from Procurement to Sales – on his journey from the shopfloor in the UK to the boardroom in NZ. He now runs his own company to share his knowledge though a High Performance Change programme.
If you (or your employees) want to become more adaptable to change, but
- aren’t sure where to start
- don’t have the time to figure it out
- aren’t keen on the idea of trying to ‘go it alone’
- don’t have a magic wand
Then this workshop will be useful for you.
