Our story

We are four highly experienced business men who started our consultancy during the worst recession for a generation. Our relationships were forged in fire, so we’re a steel-strong team. In many ways that’s all you need to know about us – we understand the underlying problems your business faces. We’ve faced them ourselves.

Our purpose is to improve the health of organisations and individuals

Our philosophy is founded on total honesty. We started with a commitment to create the kind of company we’d want to work for, and a promise to treat our clients the same way we treat each other. To be strong an organisation needs nurturing and regular health checks.

Since 2010’ we’ve built up a business that improves the health of multi national organisations and individuals. We allow them to achieve their goals by spearheading positive change and improved performance. We’d like to help you do the same.

Training with Cambridge Network: Transition to Management

The ‘first line manager’ role is unique in organisations as this person is the one level who manages ‘non-managers’. This brings its own set of hurdles to overcome, and for people new to managing others there is a lot to learn.

This course is aimed at those new to management; those with about 6 months experience as a manager; or those you are looking to promote in the next few months.

Overall, being a new manager can be tough; and a practical toolkit of best practice do’s and don’ts will really help new managers avoid mistakes, and feel more equipped to cope in the early days.

Training with Cambridge Network: Transition to Leadership

Promotion makes us managers - often with no management experience or training. We sink or swim and our people sink or swim with us. Some of us are good at 'getting it done' but what damage may we cause along the way?

We have our natural leadership style but unless we are aware of it, we will be unable to flex when required and the morale and resilience of the team will be negatively affected.

This two-day event is designed to highlight what is important, what you currently 'measure up to' and where you can change to ensure greater leadership success.

Objectives

  • To enable managers to become effective leaders
  • To know what to work on to create a high performing climate through leadership behaviours
  • To provide tools and techniques to lead through change
  • To become highly self-aware and be able to adapt self to achieve maximum potential of the team
