Anne is a founder of Form the Future CIC, a social enterprise in Cambridge forging links between schools and employers. Their mission is to help young people reach their potential as they move from education into employment, helping them see the broad range of careers open to them while helping employers plug their skills gaps. This builds on earlier work that Anne led with the Cambridge Area 14-19 Partnership and running an award-wining CSR education programme for BT. Anne is strongly committed to social mobility and improving outcomes for young people, particularly girls and other under-represented groups. She has worked as a communication coach, helping executives to communicate with impact to achieve their personal and professional goals. She spent nine years on the board of Papworth Hospital and three on the board of the Eastern Academic Health Science Network.

She’s on the Institute of Directors Eastern Region Advisory Committee and an interviewer for Harvard University. Also a member of the Cambridge Ahead Education & Skills committee, Cambridge Ahead is a business and academic member organisation dedicated to the successful growth of Cambridge and its region in the long-term. We exist to make Cambridge a place where business can continue to thrive, helping to ensure a compelling quality of life for the city’s residents and workers, whilst preserving the unique nature of Cambridge. Come for the inspiration!

Come for the insight! Come for the contacts! Come for the food and wine. But do register using the form below. There will be an option, at the time, to dine with Anne.
