As the UK starts to emerge from the Coronavirus lockdown many businesses are finding the need to strategically re-configure or reduce the size of their workspace.
In this webinar, Susanne Hinde and Ceri Riddell of Hewitsons will discuss:
- the options available to tenants who are looking to make alterations to their existing workspaces
- the options for those looking to downsize their workspace to make way for the “new normal”.
- the common lease requirements and procedures which need to be complied with before tenants reconfigure space
- the different options available to tenants in order to bring their leases to an end or otherwise dispose of their lease liabilities.
In all cases this webinar will highlight a number of practical considerations and traps for tenants to be aware of.
