We are pleased to report that preliminary works have been carried out at Hills Avenue, the site for our CLT's first modular homes. This tree work needed to be completed in advance of the bird nesting season. We hope to begin the main work of preparing the site in April with the homes being installed during May.
Each unit will come with main appliances already supplied by NMF. The CLT will aim to kit the homes out with everything the residents will need to feel at home from the moment they move in.
