Event details:

Some problems appear more urgent. Things we take for granted seem more fragile. And many of us don’t want life to return to quite what it was. We want a more courageous, more sustainable, more equitable world.

Connections Through COVID is a series of conversations designed to help us help each other thrive in these challenging times.

Conversation 4. How Can We Manage Our Digital Wellbeing During COVID? with Dr Tyler Shores

Nowadays we are all spending a lot more time online than we have in the past. But the crucial question is about quality of time online, rather than quantity. What’s the right balance? How can we best think about what does and does not work for our everyday digital routines?
