Your Day to Day

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business. You will have the chance to get involved across the product development lifecycle:

  • Specifying and designing digital and analog circuits for new products
  • Collaborating across disciplines to solve integration issues
  • Validating designs and supporting type approval activities
  • Working with manufacturing engineering to introduce products into production

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications

Good degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field

Experience and Skills

The most important skills and experience for the role are:

  • Strong knowledge of fundamental electronics principles
  • Experience of practical electronic design
  • Familiarity with standard lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal/function generators etc
  • Knowledge of basic PCB design techniques

Additionally, any of the following experience would be desirable:

  • Simulation experience with LTSpice or similar tools
  • Scripting in python or similar for test automation or analysis of data
  • Experience with audio electronics and acoustic design
  • Knowledge of thermal design principals
