About the Role:

Working within HR Partnering Team, you will be the first port of call for our customers, and will provide efficient, effective, customer-focused support for our HR Operations activities. You’ll undertake a wide range of administrative processes, ensuring HR records, systems and databases are kept up-to-date, accurate and ensure legislation is adhered to at all times.

 

You’ll administer the DBS renewal process for our employees and maintain a strong working knowledge of DBS compliance, understanding the rules and regulations. You’ll also update guidance documents as required. You’ll create, administer and maintain records for our claims-based members of staff from point of recruitment to leaver notification, working closely with our Faculty Administrators.  You’ll carry out a range of pre-employment checks including right to work in the UK, DBS checks, qualifications and others where appropriate. You’ll monitor the shared HR Services/jobs email mailboxes, redirecting and escalating as appropriate and undertake administrative duties with other adhoc processes as required.

 

Ideally with two A Levels, you'll have a range of GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent, or NVQ Level 2. You’ll be experienced in dealing with high volumes of queries, producing letters and updating spreadsheets and of working to service level agreements/KPIs. An effective team player, you will be able to organise and prioritise a busy workload and use your know-how to solve problems, providing a timely and customer focussed response.
