We will hold an interactive in-person training session that will introduce you to the Insights Discovery Model.
The session will be held at the Bradfield Centre and will last between 2-3 hours.
As part of this training, individual learners will receive their own profile and set of colour blocks. The learning is very personal and is the first stage to develop your understanding of yourself before understanding others, learning to adapt and connect.

Each team member receives an Insights Discovery Personal Profile. This helps each person appreciate the unique value they bring to the team. Then, through facilitated discussions, exercises and breakout sessions, the team can learn how their individual preferences affect their interactions.
